1.- Initial Discovery Call & Pre-Planning Details
I'll start with a brief introduction, followed by a 20-30 minute Discovery Call where we'll get to know each other. This conversation is one of the most important parts of the planning process because it helps me understand your travel style, vacation preferences, and what matters most to you. The better I know you, the better I can design a getaway that's perfectly tailored to your vision.
During our call, we'll also discuss the details of your trip, including:
-Your travel party
-Preferred travel dates
-Destination ideas
-Must-haves and wish-list experiences
-Budget
I'll walk you through my planning process, discuss the expected timeline, and explain any planning fees that may apply based on the complexity of your itinerary. Of course, this is also your opportunity to ask any questions about how I work and what you can expect throughout the planning journey.
By the end of our conversation, we'll have a clear roadmap for creating an unforgettable vacation that's designed just for you.
2.-Personalized Proposals, Refinements & Booking
After our Discovery Call, I'll carefully curate a couple of customized vacation proposals based on everything we've discussed. Depending on the complexity of your trip, you'll typically receive these within a few days.
Once you've had a chance to review the options, we'll reconnect to go over each itinerary together.
We'll discuss what you love, what you'd like to change, and any additional ideas you'd like to explore. My goal is to fine-tune every detail while helping you maximize your travel budget based on your priorities.
When you're completely happy with your itinerary, I'll prepare your final proposal for approval.
From there, I'll securely collect your payment information and make your deposit, officially turning your dream vacation into a booked getaway!
3.- Pre-departure Meeting & Travel Support
As your departure date approaches, we'll schedule a Pre-Departure Meeting to review every detail of your upcoming vacation. During this call, I'll provide your travel documents, walk you through your itinerary, share helpful travel tips and insider recommendations, and answer any last-minute questions so you can travel with confidence.
Before you leave, I'll also confirm your reservations and work directly with all travel suppliers to ensure every detail has been reviewed and double-checked for accuracy.
My support doesn't end once your trip begins. While travel issues are uncommon, it's reassuring to know you have a dedicated travel advisor just a phone call or message away. If an unexpected situation arises before, during, or even after your vacation, I'll be your advocate—working directly with travel suppliers so you can focus on enjoying your trip instead of resolving travel hiccups.
From our first conversation until you return home, I'm with you every step of the way.
